People will forget what you say and what you did, but people will never forget how you make them feel. (Maya Angelou)

We find ourselves in a collective conscious state of grief following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ||.Still in our unity, our response remains an individual one.

Like many, I find myself far more affected by the sad news of the past week than I would have believed.

Grief is widely accepted as being a part of life's normal processes. Therefore we should always consider whether when something occurs naturally, it is something that requires treatment?

It is when we become stuck and find ourselves unable to move 'on' the through the stages of grief. Where Homeopathy can help to offer us a safe way to feel and heal our way through the necessary stages.

Some remedies known to help with the symptoms of grief.
