Telephone consultation for short illnesses and first aid.
Service Description
Existing clients only. Consult only 15-20 minutes. Contact me for to discuss your short illness symptoms or first aid requirements and we will decide on the best remedy you may have or may obtain locally. For Acute cases I will likely recommend a remedy you already have in your tool kit or may obtain from a local Homeopathic stockist for speed of application. However in the instance this is not possible I will post your homeopathic remedies and apply a £3.20 surcharge for postage within the UK. If you are outside the UK, I will give details of a homeopathic pharmacy for you to pick up your remedies, or I will discuss postage with you to send the remedy direct to you. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, or Apple pay. Any fees are non-refundable and payment is required at the time of booking. For further details see my cancellation policy. Cash will only be accepted at the time for face-to-face appointments. Please contact me for further information.
Cancellation Policy
For paid services only If you cancel your appointment with more than 48-hours notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation if under 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the full fee. In the instance I have a patient waiting for an appointment and I am able to fill your appointment slot I may choose at my discretion to offer full refund. Failed consultation attendance will be charged at a full service rate. In the case of emergency. We all have them and therefore are unable to attend, Please make sure you contact me and I will reschedule for you and no fee will be charged. If I don't hear from you the above rates will continue to be applied. If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will not be charged.
