Making your appointment. Thanks for choosing the spring support package. Booking is easy, You can find a time to suit you in the online calendar. You'll receive confirmation with a link to join your consultation on zoom and make payment. Your consultation. Your initial consultation will last up to 60 minutes. Giving me time to understand your current presenting symptoms as well as past events which may be relevant. During the course of your consultation I may ask questions you may feel are a bit strange including medical history, family, family history, and ailments, and in additional life events and your mental and emotional well-being. All of which combined provide me with a picture of your whole health. At the end of your initial consultation we will schedule your first follow up (within a 4-8 week window) unique to your requirements. Prescription. After reviewing your individual case I will decide in the best remedy, potency, and repetition so that you can take ownership for for your body on its road to health. You may also be offered advice regarding supporting remedies, potential nutritional support or minor lifestyle tweaks, which are entirely your choice. Receiving your remedies. These fees include all homeopathic remedies and postage within the UK. If you are outside the UK, I will give details of a homeopathic pharmacy for you to pick up your remedies, or I will discuss postage with you to send the remedy direct to you.  Your follow up's (the spring package requires these to be booked within 12 weeks of the initial consultation). The spring support package includes two follow up consultations. These will be slightly shorter in duration up to 45 minutes. During this time we will discuss how you are progressing. The changes that you are noticing and will highlight the areas which you want to work on next. This may be a continuation of the same remedies as a repeat, change in dose or frequency. At the end of your first follow up will will schedule your third consultation. At the end of which we can agree your continuing health goals plan. ​ Fees Payment is accepted include Apple payor PayPal.
